At the time of booking, we ask for an estimated number of guests. This is for set up purposes only. Please reconfirm the number of guests 24 hours prior to your party.
We will only charge for the amount of guest attending, with a minimum of 6.
A $50 deposit is required to reserve a time and date. Deposits will be given as store credit in case of cancellations.
Pottery parties are for ages 5 & up and Glass Fusing parties are for ages 7 & up.
Parties are held in our private room where cake, pizza and drinks are allowed.
Please refrain from bringing noisemakers, piñatas, and confetti.
Pottery items are wrapped and labeled for host to pick-up after 1 week.
Parties are to begin and end during the allotted time. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the party and have guest arrive and depart on time.
Parties that run over the allotted time will incur a $25 surcharge.
We are not responsible for items left in the party room.
A Clayground "Party Host" will supervise your party from start to finish for your convenience. Gratuities of 10% are customary and appreciated.
